I am buying a new born Cairn Terrier and am wondering how large a 6mths Cairn Terrier will be. Can anyone provide me with the weight, height, length, width for a 6mths old so that I can buy the correct size crate as I will be relocating in another country. Also, does a 2mths old Cairn Terrier be able to eat solid food? (Sorry, I am a first timer for a puppy). What type of dog shampoo & conditioner & toothpaste should I use for the dog's bathing and brushing? When will a dog need to be strip off the old fur coat? Thanks

the best thing you could probably do is buy a book on cairn terriers, and this will give you a good insight to the aspects of cairn owning, also, if your buying from a good breeder they will be able to tell you much about your new friend.
