Why do the Dachshund dogs shed so much more than any other type of dog?
My 2 females shed enough in 1 week to completely replace both of their coats.

I have an answer for you. In fact, if you've owned other dogs and i've owned many in my day, Dachshunds are not bad at all. You think you have it bad? Try getting an all-white bull terrier hehe... our house is covered in white hair..it sheds more in one day then that dachshund will shed in its lifetime..be happy with what you have..im getting one of those weiners next!
