How old is he? It may be just small spurts of urine that may sting, or not hurt at all. He may be just figuring out that he urinates and you should tell him it's natural.

Honestly, I would be a little bothered by this. It is natural for children to masturbate; however, boys do not ejaculate until puberty. I would be concerned that someone else is putting those ideas in your son's head about "wet white stuff," possibly someone much older who shouldn't be talking to your him about those things.

I'm thinking your kid is figuring out how to masturbate! White wet stuff is generally (in normal cases) semen. If he believes it feels good, follow through with telling your kid the rights and wrongs and such about masturbation

Not bad English....what a terrible response why bother even responding Rooster! Yosa, my best guess would be depending on his age that Friction = Orgasim or in other words a form of Mastserbation. If he's causing friction by rubbing it on the floor then id say the liquid coming out is semen.

if hes 3-6 years old roughly it is normal for them at that age to be curious about their genitals, its not unusual for them at that age to masturbate and show interest he should grow out of it, just make sure he doesn't do it too often or in public obviously lol
