We are a family of 5 (10 year old, 6 year old and 17 month old) in search of a small, family friendly Frenchie.  How do we locate a reputable breeder in the Chicago, Illinois area?  We prefer to pick up our dog, not have it shipped. Are there any recommendations for breeders?  Are there a set of questions to ask when inquiring into breeders?  Please inform us as we are interested in purchasing our pet by April!  Thanks!!!
