What is the largest denomination a USD paper bill that has ever been printed?
I think it's $1000 USD, but I could be mistaken.

Hi..the highest denomination note ever printed was the $100,000 gold certificate but this note was only used by banks for there transactions.The largest circulated note for the general population was the $10,000.

Pete, how can I trust an answer from you when you can not give a grammatically correct statement? ("there transactions.") Isn't that supposed to say "their transactions."?

The largest bill is obviously the 100 dollar bill with Roosvelt on it i believe

The largest denomination is the 100,000 dollar gold certificate. I had to look this up for a college project.

The largest bill was actually a 1,000 dollar bill.  I believe when i last heard, there were 343-346 in existence
