Response Time during data retrieval ,calculations, TurnAround time, Bandwidth, Web Page loadtime during Multiple user logins.

Response time in terms of time,capacity,volume,load.

The time parameters for performance testing are Elapsed time , response time , hits/second and throughputs.

Response time, % CPU Usage, Resource usage, % Memory used against volume of user and volume of Data

Hit Ratio and Top Waits are some of the parameters of Performance testing. But i don't have very clear idea what exactly is this...Can somebody throw some light on this?
