I'm interested in hearing from Cavalier owners who have dogs with eye problems.  My 10 year old Blenheim male just had eye surgery.  He had cataract surgery at 2 yrs. old and some years later developed glaucoma so severe he went blind in one eye and was in danger of the eye rupturing.  We hope to save what little vision he has left in his other eye but it's very upsetting.  Does anyone else have a similar experience?

My Cavalier will be 3 years old this week.  I noticed about 2 months ago that her beautiful brown eyes were turning a milky color. One of my vets said it looked like the beginning of glaucoma...(which is not supposed to show up in this breed...especially at such a young age)...the other vet said her eyes looked about normal for her age. Does anyone know?
