after almost 4 days of having this tattoo its still bright red why? it doesn't hurt at all

Does it itch? And does it look like some of the ink is coming out? If it does then your tattoos probably infected.Also where is your tattoo located? I've got a tattoo on the top of my foot and on the side of my leg above my ankle. They both were really red and itched.The one on my leg started to hurt. They both were infected b/c of where they were placed.Their not a very sanitary place to get tattooed.Let it dry out and don't soak it in water>NO BATHES! If it's not healed in a week I'd go back to the person that did it.
