Hello - I have a $500 Silver Certificate Bill. It is in a safe deposit box, so I do not know the series or year and it is in fair condition. Does anybody have a rough estimate of its value?

Hi..I don't think you have a silver certificate since the only $500 Silver Certificates are the series 1878,and 1880 and extremely rare.You probably have a Federal Reserve Note but I need more info.What Fed.Bank was it issued to.Is it a star note?Also most important is grade.Here I would need a scan front and back.Email me at marlofan@aol.com.Unless it is in really bad shape these notes do have a premium.
