did you get an answer to your question? If you did, I also need to know how to install a 220v circuit breaker in the service panel. I am just trying to install a 220v electric range in my house.. How do I hook up a 220 wall plug? I have a 220 outlet with the wires sticking through it, how do I connect the outlet up?
