       valerian root is beneficial for migraines.Ifind liquid feverfew effective 80%of the time...Placing an amethyst on the back of the neck or holding fire agate can help,Imitrex spray works in only five minutes.I was once addicted to pain killers and had rebound headaches..I'm happy to be free.Massage therapy helps
