I have a male IG that is 9 years old and am considering getting a younger one for a companion. Are there any good guidelines that will ensure that he accepts a new IG into our "pack".  He is totally spoiled and demands lots of attention. Would it be better to look for a female or male?  Thanks

hi cindy,
i am contemplating the same thing.  my luna is 7 and i have been thinking of adopting another ig.  i don't want her to feel threatened.  she is well socialized and loves everyone she comes in contacr with, i just don't know if she would want another ig in her territory.  good luck post pack your decision at this sight
