Not a very informative question.... Is it a BIOS password you need to circumvent or a user password? If it is a user password, what OS is your machine running? Win9x, ME, 2k, XP, some form of *nix? If it is a BIOS password, there will be a jumper on the motherboard that will allow you to reset the password. Shunt the jumper and turn the thing on. The jumper should be documented in the User Manual. If you don't have this, look it up at http://support.dell.com. The jumper may also be identified on the motherboard itself. If it is a user password you're after, the answer is going to vary depending on what OS you have installed.
