I am an International Student In Canada - Can I Apply for PR?  IF so what is the time frame and the best way to go about it?

This is Nisar Emal from Afghanistan now living in Pakistan and I am 19 years old and graduated from high school
Dear I have some problem here and I can not study here anymore ther for I want live and to study in there please help me

I am an international student now doing a two year diploma in computer field (the course is with co-operative traning)i have done my high school plus a 1year diploma in computer in India and three years work experience.my husband is working here in a workpermit.if not what else i should do to achieve the PR in canada
