On CSI yesterday, a body was shown after the y incision.  There was quite a lot of blood on the incision, like a fresh cut.  Would that blood really be there???

Tissue fluid would ooze from a post-mortem incision. Depending on how long the person had been dead and if they had been refrigerated, more or less fluid would ooze. Bright red blood, similar to what you get when you are cut, wouldn't really happen.
