Its about a sense of wanting more than what is offered by society.  Of being offered things of no significance, but which are supposed to make you happy.   And sexual frustration of course.  But that is rather blatent.

I like the previous answer.  It is about the sex aspect, and an inability to express oneself in just about every way.  Also lack of fulfillment "driving in my car" etc... no kicks, no stimulation, no pleasure anywhere.

Hey, why don't you interpret music for yourself and quit expecting people on the internet to translate and give their own interpretations to you? Jesus Christ.

well, there's a # of possibilities.  I want to be a songwrite, and write songs a lot.  I think Mik Jagger was expressing how the world is so unfair.  You try and try and try but can't find any peace.  What's the answer to this song?  How can you find satisfaction?  The answer to that,  my friends, is in Jesus Christ.
