Can i use Coyote & Roadrunner on my Advertising like in a food business to attract people attention
P.S. not used as my logo, i got one

You are on the right track by asking the question. The characters of the Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote are the artistic works  of Warner Bros., now Time Warner. That company owns the copyrights to the artistic drawings. Any use, especially commercial use (i.e. restaurant) needs to be approved by that owner.
