I have a golden retriever who is 1 1/2 years old.  He is not able to use his back legs.  Was also foaming at the mouth.  Three vets are confused to what it could be.  Can you help me?

     he can go to Mogadore local veterinarian because he can help you with your problem

he needs to be put down, it is cruel keeping him alive!
