I am raising three orphan chi pups, are there any helpful ideas from anyone to get me through this time?

If they're less than 8 weeks old, they need to be taken to a shelter or humane society so that they can get proper care, as that is too young to be without mothers milk and etc.

I'd recommend a shelter or humane society anyway for a full checkup.  If you're going to keep them, get the book Chihuahuas for Dummies which is the best book I have on the care of these adorable creatures.  If not, ask about chihuahua rescue organizations that can help you place them with loving families.

Keep them warm, bottle feed them Esbelac and give them lots of love.  They will be just fine.  If you need help or want to find homes, contact me at shronjapps@bellsouth.net

They have special nursing bottles and formula so that they can be hand fed, i just handfed an orphaned yorkie/chi and shes now 8 weeks old and healthy. I took her at 2 weeks old. Petco sells all the stuff u need.
