Yes, you can, with one important caution.  It's not really permitted to call your operation a "radio station" as far as the FCC is concerned.  

It's not clearly documented, and certainly a case of semantics, but in the eyes of the commission a "radio station" is only to be used to describe a business operation that has a broadcast license from the FCC.  

The reason for this is to prevent fraud, because when a facility is described as a radio station it is possible to ask for press passes, concert tickets, recorded materials and other benefits usually offered to licensed broadcasters.

This doesn't mean that a Part 15 operations can't ask for those things, they can, and those requests are often granted.  It's just that the FCC doesn't want us calling ourselves a "radio station" or otherwise implying, in the eyes of the FCC, that we are something we are not.  

Other than that, you are free to sell your collection of legal equipment, listener good will, advertising contracts and anything else you want.  An operator recently sold a part 15 operation serving a resort, you can read more on the forum at www.part15.us
