Chrysler Corp. identifys fuse locations as "cavity" followed by a number. The cavity you are looking for is number 8 and will be identified as "heated mirrors". This fuse serves to power both the heater and the left, right, up, down functions. The value of the fuse is 10 amps and is red in color. The switch assy. is subject to rain if window is left open and because it is horizontal is a prime target for dirt. Hope this helps.
