I have a cockapoo puppie that is 3 months old and no matter what I try her stools are loose all the time. She goes about 10 times a day. I have taken her to the vet and he says she is fine. Is this something that is normal in this breed? Any help would be appreciated. nettieacs@yahoo.com

have you introduced her or him to many different foods? or milk? maybe thats the problem

From personal experience I would say that loose stools in cockapoos are not normal. I'm wondering if you are overfeeding the dog. Loose stool and frequency is often a result of the diet. I was told not to leave food out for my dog to graze on all day(self feeding), but to rather feed the dog 3X a day according to the recommendations on the bag. I even go as far as to use a measuring cup. Most likely this is not news to you and you did say you've tried everything unfortunately this is all I can think of that may help.

Hi I have a 9 month old cockapoo and he poops about 2 - 3 times per day. i think u should change his food to a high quality dry food. I feed my dog Natural choice. They also have an allergy formular, you might need to try that.
