Did anyone see two circles of light that were blue in color...

Did anyone see two circles of light that were blue in color on March 4th about 10:15  in the evening?  They were overhead but in the southwest part of the sky.  These two circles of light were moving around the sky in a small circle and moving VERY rapidly. You could only see them when they went in front of the clouds.

I saw a circle in the sky of light at 7:50pm this night.
