I need (and I would imagine every other commercial user needs) an address-book type database which is hierarchical in structure,i.e. you enter details of an ORGANIZATION -its address, switchboard, fax no. etc., and as a subset enter the details of the INDIVIDUALS who belong to the organization - their direct dial numbers, mobile numbers etc.    You share this information over a network with everyone else in your office.  If an organization changes its address, you only have to update one entry.  It seems like the most obvious thing in the world.  Surely it's available in the public domain?
