My Yorkie has a perfect coat, with the exception of her spine area. She has no hair on her spine. Anyone have the same problem? or heard of this?

We just moved to Germany and bought a 3 month old Yorkie,  and for some odd reason he has lost all the hair on his back legs.  Has anyone else had this problem?

My yorkie has a gap on the top of his head, I guess it would be a part, but I was wondering the sam thing. Is it normal for them to have  white patches?
