if a creature has the ability ->> pay 1 and creature gets +1/+1 till end of turn <<- , can it be used additional times ?????

or just one time for that turn ?

its a black creature called frozen shade

Unless the ability specifically says that it cant be more than a certain number of times, you can use it as many times as you can pay whatever the cost to activate it is.

You can always keep paying it until you run out of whatever resource the ability is asking for... like mana, or life, or whatever...
