I have a female Rottweiler that just went into season. I went to the store to purchase sanitary napkins and a belt for her, but because she has a docked tail it keeps slipping off her hips.

Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

(And please, we did not dock her tail, her previous owner did)

Have her spayed.  Unless your going to breed to better the breed.  The later you wait the higher chances of her developing a mammory tumor when she gets older and spayed.
