I need a website address to look up a physician's record for any complaints or lawsuites in Ventura County, CA?

I found that many consumers these days are using http://www.mdnationwide.org for conducting doctor background checks.  I used them myself, overall it there service was much better than all others i'veused.

what does D.O.mean after the physician's name
