I got my first tattoo today above breast. When applying the Bactibian ointment after my shower tonight and putting on a t-shirt I noticed I have what appears to be some tattoo ink on my shirt, or maybe it is blood I cannot tell. Anyway, if it is ink, is this normal? I don't want to loose the coloring.

First off, for the first 3 days or so you should be using A+D Ointment, and should wash the tattoo with antibacterial soap 3-5 times daily.  The next three weeks should consist of antibacterial soap used 6-10 times daily, and moisturizing lotion.  Some ink may run from the closing "wounds" (pierced pores in the skin), this should stop shortly after the tattoo heals.

That is a good question.  Don't listen to Shants, listen to the artist that applied the tat, after all he probably guaranteed his work right?  But, there is a normal "ooze" after any tattoo.

use mild soap on your tattoo the first day and then LEAVE IT ALONE- there is no real reason to put anything on it- it will heal if you keep it CLEAN AND DRY.  anything extra will probably irritate it more, i have healed out many tattoos using nothing until maybe day four or five when i add a drop of lubriderm to ease the dryness.  and for Gods sake don't pick your scabs!
