no, unless your drain holes get plugged with dirt or leaves, etc. Using a small piece of wire or pipecleaner can usually help keep them open.

Where exactly are the drain holes located on the exterior of the Sebring?  Mine is turning into a swimming pool every time it rains!

My '97 convertible fills up with water every time it rains.  It's just the rear quarter panel on the driver side but it leaks into the car.  Luckily I have an inclined driveway to park in to drain the water.  I have checked the drain holes - even drilled more.  It still fills up.  If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them!

I have 98 convertible in my shop. Rained today and car had water all over floor board on passengers side. So I will say yes they do have leak problems.
