where is the electric fuel pump located in a 1997 Chrysler Sebring JX convertible?

the fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank

Inside the gas tank.

The electric fuel pump is located on the back of the car on the top of the gas tank you will have to remove two straps that are holding the tank (four screws two in each strap) then you will have to disconnect the hose that comes from where you put gas into your car and remove the hoses (plugs) that are attached to the tank and the plug for the electricity (rectangular shape)(that will be the fuel pump)in other words the fuel pump is on top of the tank you have to remove it to take it out you are going to find the fuel filter there too.
