My 2 yr old female shar pei wets the bed when she sleeps.  This has continued for two weeks.  I took her to the vet and they found nothing wrong after many tests.  She was put on anitbiotics, we finished the last of it yesterday yet she still wets the bed.  Are there any other reasons for this problem other than hormones?

My dog also used to wet the bed for almost two years. Myself and my wife started taking the dig out for urination it stopped. Now when it has to pass urine it wakes us up by touching us or by crying. We get up and take the dog out. Now it has got used to waking us up around 5 in the morning everyday. We also practiced reward and punishment principle. We can train the dogs if we have patience.
