There is no one size fits all answer. Too much depends on individual anatomy, how well you're willing to care for the piercing, and how your body is going to react. Only an experienced piercer can discuss this with you. In general, inner labia piercings are easier to heal, give the desired effect and are less likely to leave you walking bowlegged. Again, get expert advice for YOU. A friend's experience is NOT something your body can rely on.
