I just run over to a puddle of water and my car just stop...

I just run over to a puddle of water and my car just stop and smoke start coming out to the hood (white smoked). I also have cold air intake that runs all the way to the buttom front bumper.
- I just replaced the Starter and Battery and still won't start?
Pls. advice what else that needs to be done?

Sounds like you Hydrolocked your engine. Water made it in through your filter and into your engine.

Remove your sparkplugs, let them dry. put a few drops of gas down the plug holes to thin out the water.

i have the same problem with my 89 bronco 2
