My Mother has some dollars they are sighned by John Barr are they worth anything?

Hi..if they are circulated with folds they have no collector value.If uncirculated no folds,no tears or stains book value is around the $5 mark.If a star note uncirculated book value around $8 mark.Again with folds it has no collector value.
