i think by using cyb-org we will able to jet away many light years distance and able to reach to any civilized planets far away from us .but we will unable to make continuous contact with cyb-org till long years

Firstly A combat chassis would be built at one of skynet'smany factories after construct a combat chassis would be programmed with it's mission parameter's, In T3 the terminator state's that it was programmed for infiltration and assassination mission's, after programming the chassis would be sent to some sort of artificial womb were living tissue would be "grown" onto the chassis, how long it would take is any body'sguess

i think skynet creates cyborgs like terminators and machines because they wander what these things do. For example they kill John Connor because he's the leader of the human resistance.
