i have a 1995 dodge stratus and i am trying to get the harmonic ballance pulley off.i used a 3 jaw pulley remover but it will not break loose.i have beat on it but no movement.any sugesstions is greatly appriciated

you need a harmonic gear puller. up here in Canada we buy them from peavey Mart

The three jaw is correct on this three spoke balancer. (specificly the 4" three jaw puller).

The trick is to put a bolt smaller then the hole in the balancer bolt hole that will stick out about 1" then press off of protruding bolt head. The balancer is hubbed on to the crank. Re-install with the original fastner.
