ok lets put it this way if your balls have not dropped you are not old enough to make that kinda of decision. 18 should be the perfect age to go get something like that pierced.

I've got a better idea... Why don't you get your CEREBRUM or CEREBELLUM pierced? Obviously you don't use those body parts much, so why not pump a little metal into them....might actually raise your I.Q

zipper, i love you. EIGHTEEN! GET OVER IT, ALL GENITAL PIERCINGS, INCLUDING FEMALE NIPPLES, ARE 18 YEARS OLD AS A FEDERAL LAW! it is considered sexual harassment if a piercer pierces a minor, because any reputable piercer will be over 18 and legally an adult, and also any reputable piercer cares about their reputation and a possible huge ass lawsuit enough to not pierce minors' genitals. jeez people.

Why do you all bash him so much about that? It's fine for him to think about it and he may get it done some day. I want one some day I think it would be nice and I think he can do what he wants. To the answer of your question I think 18.
