I need to replace all instances of '_A' with '_B'.  The only catch is, that I need to do this for instances of '_A' ONLY at the tail end of a word.  Not when '_A' is embedded in the middle of a word.  Any suggestions?

$ indicates the end of a line, so

:%s/_A$/_B/

will replace all occurances of _A at the end of
the line with _B.occurances
