MY  U.S IMMIGRANT HUSBAND HAS FILED A PETITION FOR ME IN OCT 2001 AND I GOT A REPLY IN NOV 2001 I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF V1 VISAS ARE STILL APPLICABLE EVEN IF I WAS FILED IN 2001 AND IF SO BY HOW MUCH TIME CAN I EXPECT MY V1 VISA AS I AM STAYING AWAY FROM MY HUSBAND SINCE 2 YRS AND DEVELOPING SYMPTOMS OF STRESS AND ANXIETY NEUROSES
