I'm 35yrs old and like to work and am in much better condition than many soldiers in my unit nearly half my age. When I wanted to gain wait in my late teens I ate lots of bread, yogart, peanut butter and lots of meat. I also drant protein powder but always threw in bannas and eggs. Also snak alot and eat before going to bed. Lift as heavy in the gym as you can handel as this is the way to gain mass. Avoid arobic exercise like running as this will burn up the weight as you gain it. I hope this was of some help.

Well you should eat 1 or maybe 2 times a day but alot! That way you metabolism slows down so you pack the calories instead of burning them.
