My 9 month old JRT just went into heat, she is not herself...

My 9 month old JRT just went into heat, she is not herself for sure...she will jump when walking is she in pain??? Will a heating pad help??? She is a very well behaved JRT. I love her to pieces, we found her on a highway when she was 3 months old and with my fms and arthritis i didn't think i would be able to keep up, but i do and on my bad day's she seems to know!!! Please if someone can answer me i would be, forever gratefull.... Virginia

its possibly pain id try the heating pad. If that doesnt work go to the vet with her and tell the vet and if needed show the vet.
