ff10 no but in 10-2 u can at the end off the game yuna and the flowers keep pressing .O.

That is something you have to find out in Final Fantasy X-2, but if you must know the answer to your question, the answer is YES.

Yeah. But you must first complete alot of side missions too, besides pressing .o. at the end.

Like everybody else said,yes they do become soul mates but you have to beat FFX-2 for the whole nine yards[i'mnot going to tell because that would ruin the whole great surprise].
