Take four lemons, sliced thin, put in a large pot, pour a gallon of boiling water over the lemons....let it cool and then sponge bath...literally soak and comb your cats with the liquid.  It will not hurt them. Then sprinkle Boraxo laundry detergent around the infested area...let it stay for a day, then vacuum it up. It works!

I'm still searching for something to kill the fleas in the house, but we washed the cat in dawn dish liquid and they were literally falling off her they were being killed so fast.  I think I might try to make a solution of dawn dish liquid and try to mop and wipe down the walls-it might work.
