What steps need to be taken in order to open a tatoo parlor in massachusetts? Do i need a business license as well as a special tatoo license or something? What health regulations do I have to meet? I am not a tatoo artist; just a person who'd like to own my own business. I think tatoos are cool and interesting so why not pick it as a business venture. Essentially I'd like to own the shop, provide all the supplies, the shelter (the store itself) and then hire qualified artist to perform the task. please help with some leads as to how to get started.
