The client Server Testing- In C/S testing we consider the application to be predefined There is no issue of Response time here.This type of testing is mainly carried out in the Intranet Environment.There are no issues of Environment, Browsers ,Links and the platform as in case of Web based application. Web Based testing- In this type of testing we consider the application under the different browsers ,Environment, Oss. The response time is the main issue in the web based testing.The application may be dynamic and creating the issue of performance here.So it is not predefined type of testing.
