Hello,
I am 13 years old. I live in Tennessee with my step-mom and Dad. My dad took off with me when i was about 4 years old and moved to <TN>...He basically kidnapped me. I just stared seeing my mom when i was 11 and i want to live with her now! My parents are using everything against my mom right now to keep custody of me but i just want to go live with my Mother. I HATE my step-mom and she always says that i am mentally ill...my parents in TN have taken me into doctors and they said the reason that they could not find anything wrong with me is because i LIE>how stupid is that? My best advice for you would be to tell her that you need to talk with teachers at the school she would be recommended to go to so they can watch every move she makes...make sure there is someone at the school that she can talk to and sit down with her and her step mom and talk it out and tell her why this would be taking place....GOODBYE!!!
