On our 99 Town and Country it shares the tank under the hood for both front and rear wipers. You never said what the vehicle was.

In the Chrysler Minivans (most of them) the tank is located on the left side of the van.  In order to fill it, you have to lift the tailgate.  It's filler sit just above the Left tail-light. Lift the flap (it snaps down to keep the fluid in.) and pour slowly until it bubbles no more. close the flap. done.

To remove the tank, you have to remove the inside trim panel near the tailgate on the left side.

How do I know? I own a 1994 Chrysler town and country.  Basically the luxury version of the Caravan and Voyager.

Depending on the make and model . on my 93 caravan the fill is on the left side of the rear ( tailgate ) . Open the tail gate and it will be on the left side . Hope this helps
