My dog a 70 lb golden retriever was outside for about 15 minutes and came in with his whole face, cheeks and nose swollen twice its size. What could have caused this

the same thing happend to my female american bulldog and the cause was she was going after wasps and got stung. i gave her some benadryl and she was fine.

Could be grass allergy/hayfever.
