Hi..I think you mean 1928 no $2 US notes had the series year of 1926.The value of your note depends on a few items.First what is the series is there a suffix on the year such as 1928A,B....Is it a star note with a star in the serial number. Also and most important is grade(condition)of your note.Send me a scan and I can come up with an estimate.Email me at marlofan@aol.com.
